Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or using the spinggo platform. By accessing any part of spinggo, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the spinggo platform.

spinggo is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to a person under this age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one spinggo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification. spinggo holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play to circumvent wagering conditions — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting tools, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on spinggo. spinggo reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spinggo holds its gaming licence. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in the licensing framework.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By completing the spinggo registration process and checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
2.2 You further confirm that you understand that online gaming involves real money, carries inherent risk of loss, and that the outcome of all games and bets is uncertain.
2.3 These Terms are supplemented by product-specific rules (including but not limited to the Sportsbook Rules, Casino Game Rules, Slots Terms, and Lottery Rules) published on the spinggo Platform. In the event of conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms for the relevant product area only.
2.4 spinggo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, spinggo will notify Members via the registered email address or an in-platform notice.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the spinggo Platform. spinggo operates a strict minimum age policy and conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Member who is found to be below the minimum age will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any winnings forfeited pending investigation.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with spinggo. spinggo makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all territories. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited must not register or use the spinggo Platform.
3.3 Self-Exclusion Status. Individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme — whether through spinggo directly or through any national gambling self-exclusion register — are not permitted to open or maintain a spinggo account during their exclusion period.
3.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of spinggo and its technology, payment, and licensing partners are not permitted to hold Member accounts on the Platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one spinggo account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information — including false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. spinggo is required under its Gaming Licence to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC or Passport) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of first deposit may result in account restriction.
4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. spinggo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify spinggo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. spinggo is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.5 Account Sharing. Your spinggo account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Sharing of account credentials is prohibited.
5.1 All transactions on the spinggo Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). spinggo accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits are credited to the Member's spinggo Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. spinggo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
5.3 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's verified name. spinggo does not accept third-party withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and subject to change.
5.4 All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of KYC documentation review.
5.5 spinggo reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals, in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
5.6 spinggo does not pay interest on Account Balances held on the Platform.
6.1 All bets and game outcomes are subject to the relevant product-specific rules published on the spinggo Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the records held in the spinggo system constitute the authoritative record of the transaction.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the spinggo system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Member.
6.3 spinggo reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical malfunction or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
6.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game or live dealer session, the outcome recorded in the spinggo server logs will be final. spinggo's customer support team can review server logs upon Member request where a dispute arises.
6.5 The minimum and maximum bet limits for each product are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by product, table, or event.
7.1 All promotional offers made available on the spinggo Platform are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible games, and expiry dates. General bonus terms stated here apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by promotion-specific terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game category and are published in the Bonus Terms section of the Platform.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any Member found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or coordinated use of bonuses across related accounts — will have all bonus credits forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.
7.4 spinggo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already accepted by a Member will remain in force under the original terms.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinggo Platform:
8.2 spinggo employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, spinggo reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, and withhold the account balance pending investigation and any applicable regulatory reporting.
9.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, game content, and data published on the spinggo Platform are the property of spinggo or its licensed content providers. No Member or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without the prior written consent of spinggo.
9.2 Game content provided by third-party studios is licensed to spinggo and subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios. The spinggo brand name and logo are registered marks and may not be used without authorisation.
10.1 spinggo collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at spinggo.club/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
10.2 spinggo will not sell Member personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Member data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required under the Gaming Licence and applicable law.
11.1 spinggo provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spinggo's total liability to any Member arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 spinggo is not liable for losses arising from: (a) Member failure to follow account security recommendations; (b) third-party payment provider failures or delays; (c) events of force majeure including but not limited to internet outages, government actions, or natural disasters; or (d) the Member's own decision to place a bet or wager.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. A Member may request closure of their spinggo account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any pending bets are settled and the Account Balance is transferred to the Member's verified withdrawal method.
12.2 Closure by spinggo. spinggo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC; or a Member's voluntary self-exclusion request.
12.3 Upon account closure, the Member's personal data will be retained for the minimum period required under applicable law and the Gaming Licence's record-keeping obligations.
13.1 spinggo is committed to responsible gaming and provides all Members with tools to manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion, all accessible from the account dashboard.
13.2 Members who wish to self-exclude may do so at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period chosen (minimum 6 months). Members under self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts.

14.1 spinggo may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, spinggo will notify Members at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect via email to the registered address and/or via an in-platform notification. Minor clarifications and typographical corrections may be made without prior notice.
14.2 The current version of the Terms is always accessible at spinggo.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spinggo holds its Gaming Licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spinggo Platform, spinggo encourages Members to first contact customer support via Live Chat to seek an informal resolution.
15.2 Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, Members may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution process provided by the relevant gaming licensing authority. Details of this process are provided in the Gaming Licence documentation.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
